The software

What is IQUALIF?

A desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux) that collects and organises publicly available online information — business and residential directories — so you can build and update prospecting files. The file is created on your own computer and exports to CSV or Excel.

Is there a mobile app?

No. IQUALIF is a desktop application: there is no Android, iPhone or iPad version, and no in-browser version.

How do I try it?

A free 3-day trial is available, with no credit card and no obligation. Download the software, open the ? menu → Licence and click Activate the free 3-day trial.

How do I activate my licence?

Menu ? → Licence → tick Activate a licence → paste the key received by e-mail → OK. The key is sent automatically within minutes of payment; check your spam folder.

How much does IQUALIF cost?

Monthly: Pro €179.00 (then €149.00 the second month, then €99.00), Business x10 €399.00 (then €349.00, then €279.00), Max x20 €649.00 (then €579.00, then €449.00).
Yearly: Pro €599.00, Business x10 €1,490.00, Max x20 €2,490.00, with the same decreasing principle. Details on the Pricing page.

Is the price per country?

No. One licence covers all countries, all sources and both sectors (business and residential).

How many records can I extract?

Volume is unlimited, with no monthly quota. What varies by plan is speed: up to 400 records/hour on trial, 2,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Business x10, 20,000 on Max x20 — records per hour.

Can I cancel? What is your return policy?

Yes, at any time and with no reason given — from your customer account, from the link at the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail, or by a simple e-mail request; there is no minimum term. For a refund, write to us with your order number: an unwanted automatic renewal is refunded to the original payment method within about 7 days. We recommend using the free 3-day trial before buying.

Troubleshooting

The software does not start

Right-click the shortcut → Open with → Java Liberica (or "Liberica Platform binary") → tick "Always use this app for .jar files". On macOS, install Liberica JDK 21 and remove other Java versions.

"Invalid server response"

In order: a version that is too old (File → Settings → Advanced → Check for updates), a temporary server error (try again 15 minutes later), a firewall or antivirus blocking the connection, then an uninstall/reinstall. If it persists, contact us.

Data and compliance

Is the data up to date?

Extraction happens in real time: the file reflects the state of the directory on the day you run it.

Is it legal? Is the data opt-in?

The information is already published and openly available, and the software is designed to fit the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and "Do Not Call" rules — but you are responsible for how you use the data. The contacts are not opt-in: before any phone campaign to individuals, numbers must be screened against the country's do-not-call list.
