The principle
In most countries, consumer phone numbers must be screened against a do-not-call list before any campaign. That obligation is on you, the caller. Because the file is built directly on your machine, IQUALIF cannot do the screening for you.

These indications are given for information and may change. Check with the relevant body before starting a campaign.
The "accepts canvassing" column
When the directory publishes it, the information appears in a column of the exported file, usually named OpposeAuDemarchageCommercial. When it is not public, the value defaults to "no", for information only. In Switzerland this matches the directory asterisk: a contact "without a star" is not opposed to canvassing. This column helps you sort — it is not a substitute for official screening.
