"I can no longer select the business sectors", "the activity list is empty", "the drop-down does not respond", "the settings stay stuck on residential while I need B2B": the lists of departments, cities, streets and activities are downloaded from our servers, and when they appear empty or greyed out it is almost always because they could not be refreshed.
1. Update the software and the lists
- Menu File → Settings → Advanced → Check for updates.
- Wait for it to finish, click OK, then restart IQUALIF.
- Check the version in menu ? → About.
2. Check the country and source selected
At the top of the window, check the active software / country, then step 3. Search profile. Each source has its own lists: an activity available on one directory may not exist on another.
3. Check the sector
The "activity" choice only exists for the business sector; the "street" choice only for the residential sector. If the settings stay stuck on one sector, select the source matching the sector you want at the top of the window, then run the search again.
4. Firewall and antivirus
If refreshing the lists fails with an "Invalid server response" message, it is a network block. Temporarily disable the firewall, try again, then add IQUALIF as an exception.
5. Reinstall
If nothing unblocks it: uninstall IQUALIF, delete the remaining IQUALIF folder, reinstall the latest version and reactivate your licence.
Still stuck?
Send us a screenshot, the version number (? → About), and the country and source used. We can also take control of your machine through a secure remote assistance tool.
