Volume is unlimited — speed is what varies
There is no monthly quota and no cap on records. You can extract as many contacts as you like for the duration of your plan. What you choose when buying a plan is the processing speed, expressed in records per hour.

These are records per hour, not per month. The Pro plan therefore allows up to 2,000 records for every hour of use, with no monthly total.
Why actual speed can be lower
The figure is a maximum. It also depends on the source selected, on the "Detailed search" option (which fetches e-mails and extra details and deliberately slows processing), and on your Internet connection and computer.
