Export
- Once the search is finished, click Export contacts.
- In the window that opens, choose the format: Excel (.xls / .xlsx) or CSV.
- For CSV, pick the separator — CSV (;) is the easiest to open in Excel in Europe.
- Choose where to save and confirm.
Opening a CSV cleanly in Excel
If everything lands in a single column, or accents are unreadable, import the file instead of opening it directly: open an empty workbook, Data tab → From Text/CSV, choose UTF-8 encoding, type Delimited, separator semicolon, text qualifier ", then Finish. Exporting straight to Excel format avoids all of this.
Using the file
Columns depend on the source: name, address, postcode, city, landline, mobile, e-mail, website, activity, dwelling type, average age bracket, and whether commercial canvassing is accepted. Use Excel filters to keep only what you need.
Removing duplicates
The software can do it: menu File → Settings → tick Remove duplicates. Records sharing the same phone number are then dropped from the export.
IQUALIF does not password-protect its exports. If a password is requested, the file is not the IQUALIF export or the protection was added by Excel or your mail system.
