Mobile and landline numbers in the results

Why I only get landline numbers

IQUALIF returns numbers exactly as the source publishes them. If a country's directory does not publish mobile numbers, the software cannot invent them: you will only get landlines. This is a limit of the source, not a fault in the software. The share of mobiles varies a lot by country, by directory and by sector.

What you can do

1. Change source. When several directories exist for a country, change step 3. Search profile at the top of the window and re-run the search on the same area.
2. Enable detailed search. Menu File → Settings → tick Detailed search. The software then opens each contact's full record, which often holds numbers missing from the results list.
3. Check the sector. A business directory will not contain consumers, and vice versa.
4. Filter after export. Mobiles and landlines are usually in separate columns.

I only want mobiles

No setting restricts extraction to mobiles only: the software collects what it finds and you sort after export. If your campaign relies exclusively on mobiles, talk to an adviser before buying.
